After this clearing, the energy shifts into creative integration. We move into the garden, where you are invited to enter the new year by creating a personal vision board for the year ahead. Sit, graze, and savour a fortifying brew of Pu’er tea as you create, under the dappled light of the honeysuckle trees.

 

What to bring

For the sound bath:

  • Your own yoga mat (chairs are available if you prefer to sit)

  • Blankets and pillows for extra comfort

  • Soft, layered clothing suitable for deep rest

For visioning:

  • Printed images of what you wish to attract in 2026

  • Any additional stationery you would like to use

Boards, scissors, and other materials will be provided.
