3. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Booking Confirmation – Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Cancellations & Rescheduling – More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund. Less than 48 hours: No refund.
No Refunds for Completed Services – As our services are customized, no refunds are offered once a consultation is completed.
4. Product Purchases & Warranties
Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – We comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (as amended in 2024), ensuring products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
Returns & Exchanges – No refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days.
