Angelign Sound Healing is a two-hour immersive ritual held privately within our Langwarrin clinic a space intentionally curated for stillness, restoration, and energetic alignment.
This experience weaves traditional Tibetan sound healing with subtle sensory elements designed to nourish the nervous system and soften the body into rest. The journey concludes with a Chinese medicinal tea, brewed for this seasonal energy and offering gentle integration and grounding as you return to the outer world.
What to bring
Please bring your own yoga mat. Chairs are available if you wish to sit. Blankets and pillows are welcome if you wish to be extra comfortable.
Wear soft, layered clothing suitable for deep rest.
