This session begins with an exploration of the energies of the year and simple ways to stay grounded and supported, before easing into an extended sound bath. Angel’s work is rooted in authentic Tibetan sound healing lineage and enriched by Classical Feng Shui and geomancy — creating a space for deep settling, recalibration, and rest.

As sound, stillness, and the room’s coherent energetic environment come together, the nervous system is invited to soften, allowing the body and mind to naturally realign and restore.
